Welcome to Smart Productivity. By accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use.

1. Intellectual Property

All design systems, CSS configurations, canvas particle logic, audio wave formulas, content layout patterns, and company branding logos shown on this site are the exclusive property of Smart Productivity Studio.

2. Website Use & Synths

Our Focus Studio ambient synthesizers generate audio signals programmatically within your browser. You are permitted to play, synthesize, and adjust audio properties for personal study and concentration purposes. Commercial reuse or broadcasting of synthesizers output requires studio licensing.

3. Limitation of Liability

Website tools and Focus Studio widgets are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any notebook caching deletions inside browser caches or local hardware failures.

Stride Task App End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or accessing the Stride Mobile App client, you agree to be bound by this license agreement.

1. Scope of License

Smart Productivity grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use the Stride mobile application client on devices owned or controlled by you in accordance with Google Play Store guidelines.

2. Database & Backups Responsibility

Stride operates as a local-first application. Your database caches reside locally on your mobile hardware. It is your sole responsibility to perform backups or enable sync configurations. Smart Productivity is not responsible for data loss due to app cache resets, hardware damage, or system wipes.

3. Cloud Sync Limitations (Under Development)

⚠️ Under Development: The database cloud synchronization feature is currently under active development. You will see this function in a future client release update. Once deployed, sync features will utilize encrypting Appwrite servers or user self-hosted server instances. Currently, backups and local file migrations remain the sole responsibility of the user.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or exploit the Stride client source code packages or assets for commercial repackaging or resale.
