Smart Productivity General Website Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

This privacy policy describes how Smart Productivity Studio handles information collected during your visit to our website.

1. Information Collection

We do not use tracking cookies, beacons, or third-party marketing trackers on this website. The site is engineered to serve documentation and focus synth utilities locally. The only information collected includes:

  • Server Logs: Anonymous network parameters (IP addresses, user-agent strings, and resource requests) standard for web servers, used solely to maintain stability and prevent DDoS activity.
  • Contact Queries: Email addresses and inquiry descriptions submitted via the contact form, used strictly to reply to support requests and deleted upon query resolution.

2. Focus Studio Caching

Our Focus Studio notebook tool caches written journal entries directly in your browser's localStorage cache. This data resides entirely on your local machine. We cannot access, read, or distribute your notebook inputs.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share any gathered log parameters or support email queries with external brokers, analytics vendors, or advertising networks.

Stride Task App Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

This privacy policy describes how Stride App (our task management application for mobile platforms) collects, processes, and protects your information.

1. Local-First Engineering

Stride operates under a local-first architectural model. All database tables, list hierarchies, task parameters, estimate limits, checklist orders, and time tracking records are saved locally inside an encrypted SQLite database on your device using Room entities.

2. Zero Server Access

We do not host or operate a central database containing your tasks. We do not inspect your checklists, estimate hours, or time track records. Your productivity metadata is completely private to you.

3. Cloud Sync Integration (Under Development)

⚠️ Under Development: The database cloud synchronization feature is currently under active development. You will see this function in a future client release update. In upcoming updates, sync will connect your Room tables to your designated Appwrite database schema. Currently, all tasks and timer lists reside strictly on your physical storage.

4. Application Permissions

Stride requests the following system permissions on your mobile device:

  • Internet Access: Required in future updates to transmit database packets to your designated Appwrite server when sync is enabled.
  • Foreground Service: Required to keep time trackers ticking accurately when the screen is locked or the app is minimized.
